silver ash sidetables

These two side tables were constructed from 32 curved ‘ski’ shaped pieces. Each ‘ski’ was made though glueing 11 layers of plywood with handcut Silver Ash veneers to each exterior side. They were then formed on a jig with a positove form and vacuum bag press. Each piece was then biscuited together to form a ‘sleigh’ with then was joined by biscuiting top to toe.
