Passionate about quality pizza my client came to me with a brief to create an exciting eatery that reflected the vibe of the Wamberal/ Terrigal Lagoon area’s coastal feel. The kitchen was to be open so as to be on view to the diners- a sort of theatre of the kitchen. The wood fire oven was imported from Italy and given its spectacular form was positioned in the window so as to be the best advertisement for the restaurant.
